A high resolution camera is
embedded within the laryngoscope blade. A clear image is captured by the camera
and displayed on a small monitor. A light source is mounted beside the camera to
provide continuous illumination during the intubation. The laryngoscope blade bends
60 degrees at the mid-line. No wider than 18mm at any point, the GlideScope®
can easily enter the patient's mouth. Manufactured from robust and
user friendly medical grade plastic, the GlideScope® is durable enough to
